Hello everyone this is a monumental occasion. This ladies and gentleman is my very first blog. I have spent hours, days even weeks pondering about blogging. So now the time has come where I must ponder no longer. it is time to start hash tagging, tagging, prodding, facebooking and spreading the word far and wide.
I'm Claire and I am the Founder of Chambers Estate Agents. I want to blog as I feel it is a fantastic way to connect with you. The buyer, the seller, the landlord, the tenant, the first time buyer and the investor. I hope that over the coming months I can offer some useful and practical advice based on my career in the industry. I hope to keep you updated with our journey as a business and some of our clients experiences using our services. I also hope to give you an insight into me, my ethics, my modern practices and why using a local, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and independent Estate Agent can offer you a very personal and positive experience.
So now just a little bit about me. I currently live and work in Water Orton. I am married however my heart belongs to Biffy our Pug Shih tzu cross. He is my world and my best friend.
I started in Estate Agency at 16 years of age. I had a work experience placement and loved it. From there I progressed to a Sales negotiator, a valuer and then branch manager. I have manged 3 different branches over my career. I love my job. I love meeting people from all walks of life. I love to hear their stories and get the up most satisfaction in helping someone get from the start of their journey to the end. I have worked mostly within the corporate arena. I have worked alongside some fantastic and dedicated people, but always thought that I could do what I was doing even better as an Independent Estate Agent working for myself and applying my very own personal touch where the needs of my clients come first.
So in 2017 after much thought and trepidation but with an abundance of enthusiasm and excitement I decided to take a leap of faith and start Chambers Estate and Letting Agents. I knew that I could do anything a High Street Estate Agent could do (After all I have been doing it all my life). Infact I could do it better and at very competitive rates. I have quickly attracted some trusted people to work alongside. These are people I have known and worked alongside for many years. People who I trust to give my clients the best service.
And now here I am. After a busy first month of Advertising, Networking and valuations I now have a number of properties for sale and to Let. I have been overwhelmed at the positive response to the aims of the business and am eternally grateful to my lovely clients who have trusted us to market and sell/let their property.
